No support. Timer doesnt work

The timer control needs improvement. On the RGBWW setting, it does not control the WW LEDs when set with the timer. Which makes the timer useless for me. It also jumps to the next color when a timer is set.
Would be nice if it would fade between colors when the timer is used.
Please add support for this product. I cant seem to find a support email for the product.
Apple Watch compatibility would also be a nice addition.
